-During the critical weather, we may postpone to next monday to send off the item in order avoid held up in courier's warehouse during the weekend, alternatively, we may contact you to arrange delivery on special day, prefer to use day time address to make sure you can receive order immediately once delivered.

-The opportunity for damage to confectionery lines due to heat or rough handling through the transport process is outside of our control. As all couriers are a third party to us we cannot guarantee their level of postage and handling.  Consequently, We will not be held responsible for any damage to confectionery lines, including all Chocolates and Lollipops during the transport process.
