End piece from a large cobble break
Nice triangular shape
Stands up or lays flat
Streak tested(black areas-silver and pale gold
All gold streaks from the area's material pass 22k acid
Lighter streaks will disappate but still leave gold behind
Specimens from the imediate area were tested for were for conductivity at 2000ohms
This one was not tested. But others tested held below 300ohms in the thicker gold areas
No chemical treatment
Lightly brushed with water to clean clay off the surfaces, which untarnished some silver
Specimen is meant for display and price does not reflect gold yield
However, looking at the rind side of this specimen, it seems to have some more areas that may prove to have gold/silver if lightly worked down
Specimen is about 3.5"× 2.5"×1" at its longest/widest/deepest points
A specific gravity test was not run on this specimen, however, other like specimens of quartz have been running about 3.0 to 4.0 indicating heavy inclusions
