They decided on a coin toss which Jimi lost and promised to pull out all stops during his performance which ended with him sacrificing his guitar by setting it ablaze and leaving the audience stunned by the spectacular performance they just witnessed. I could go on forever about this Monterey Pop Festival..... The program is not in mint condition, if you find one that is, it's more than likely a reprint. There's some wear to the spine and a some page bends on the corners and scattered light creasing here and there.....I'm being real picky here, the condition of this program is really nice and I would grade it Excellent-, which is very hard to find one in this condition.
