A very solid, commercial-quality manual binding machine designed for punching A4 paper and binding documents using plastic comb bindings.

The machine is in good used vintage condition for its age, with some scratches, marks and paint chips from normal use and storage. Please study the photographs carefully as they form part of the description.

The operating handle, adjustable mechanism and pull-out waste collection tray are all present. There are some paper punchings still in the collection tray as shown in the photographs.
