Items can be returned to us within 30 days. If an item is faulty or you believe not as described please message us and we will try our best to sort it. 

SHIPPING

We aim to dispatch within 3 working days (but normally next day) and ship using Royal Mail or Parcel Force. All items come with a proof of postage via eBay or with a tracking number. Global shipping available through eBay GSP.

PAYMENTS

Payments should be made through PayPal within 3 days of purchase. Larger items can be collected from one of our charity shops, but we require time to get them to the shops for you to collect them. Items can only be collected once they have been paid for through eBay. Please note that we are not able to view items for purchase.
