Antique solid sterling silver sewing thimble by "James Walker, The London Jeweller", with an engraved floral border beneath a honeycomb working surface.
The hallmarks comprise the James Walker (JW&Co) maker's mark, the Lion Passant denoting sterling silver, the Chester Assay Office mark, and a lowercase "y" date letter, dating the thimble to 1924.

CONDITION
Good condition for age with light age-related wear, although it is slightly out of round, plus there are light surface marks and wear consistent with age and use.
