In order to solve the problem that YAMAHA YDS-150/120/128C cable is easily damaged by keys, we can cover the bottom of the keys with a layer of silica gel to increase the contact area between the keys and the cable and to protect the cable. After installing the protective cover, the keys are sensitive, which improves the operability and is also helpful for playing some faster songs.

Simple installation, no need to disassemble the interior, just remove the screws of the surface buttons, without affecting the official warranty.

Note: this product only has 15 buttons, silicone protective cover and a wrench, and other things are not included. After the installation is completed, a total of 12 button silicone protective covers will be used, and the remaining 3 will be reserved for use. Other keys that are not commonly used do not need to be protected.

Installation steps:

1. Take out the wrench provided, and unscrew the four screws for fixing the left key.

2. Remove the left key, observe the height of each key, and cut the five key protection scissors into corresponding lengths (it doesn't matter if you cut them short, but they can't be too long).

3. Insert the key protection sleeve into the bottom of the key, and it must be inserted into the bottom and deepest part, and no gap can be left.

4. Reinstall the left key with a wrench.

5. Repeat steps 1-4 to install 3 and 4 key protectors for the right-hand key and the right-hand side key respectively, and finally complete the installation.
