I personally prepare your design, print it, press the mug, check the finished result and pack your order.
The design is sublimation printed using genuine Sawgrass inks and transferred into the specialist coating of the mug using heat and pressure.
This means the design becomes part of the coated surface rather than being a sticker or vinyl decal applied on top.
I buy high-quality mugs, use genuine Sawgrass sublimation inks and choose good-quality packaging to help your mug reach you safely.
These choices cost more, but they give me the results I want and the standard I want to send to my customers.
I don't substitute cheaper inks or lower-quality mugs to bring the cost down.
From the blank mug and ink to the printing, checking and packaging, I've chosen what I use because I want the finished gift to look good and arrive safely.
It's not about being the cheapest mug.

For the longest possible print life, I recommend using a cooler or eco dishwasher cycle.
Repeated very high-temperature washes can eventually affect printed mugs, so hand washing is always the gentlest option.
Please avoid abrasive scourers on the printed surface.
