All items are securely packaged and are dispatched within 48 hours of payment. (normally same day if received by 1200 excluding weekends).
Depending on the size and weight of the item it will be delivered by Evri, Royal Mail or other couriers with tracking service.
All customers will receive a dispatch notification and the item should be delivered within 1-3 working days unless stated.

When these products arrive at our refurbishing facility, they are thoroughly tested, processed, and repackaged for resale. Each product undergoes a comprehensive quality control process conducted by our team of technicians before being offered for sale. Typically, items will be supplied with their original packaging and will be in excellent condition. If the original packaging is unavailable, we will provide secure packaging to ensure the item is well protected during transit.
We offer a 12-month warranty provided by Yellow Electronics (unless otherwise stated). Our warranty gives you peace of mind and reflects our confidence in every product we sell.
