Up for sale is an original vintage color illustrated travel brochure form The Nautilus Hotel located in Miami Beach, Florida and dates form the 1950's. Wonderful color illustrations and information about this hotel. Great mid century art. Four pages in total. In excellent condition for its age. No tears, no fading, no holes, no discoloring, no folds, no creases and the side binding is nice. Measures approx. 8 1/4" by 5 1/8". Being sold as found and seen in the photos. Glare spots are from the lights reflection and not on the actual item. Rare brochure and is a must for any collector.
