In very good, condition. There are creased corners and a large crease 

in the center where it had been folded for mailing. There are a few small 

tears around the edges of the front page. Otherwise, the manual has no 

torn, loose or missing pages, There are no marks or writing on the inside 

pages. Some of the pages have yellowed and become a little crisp due
