Here at ChinaDepot, we inspect every item for cracks,chips and grazing before wrapping in bubble wrap and surrounding your item with packing peanuts to assure you that your item is delivered to you safely. The package is shipped from Illinois so we are usually charged a distance premium to most destinations by the shipping services over which we have no control. We do not make money on shipping. If for some reason you receive your item damaged please contact us immediately and we will make it right.
Our customers satisfaction is very important. We will refund the original purchase price within 14 days of the customer receiving the item if it does not meet satisfaction.
