Damaged Planchet
Double Die
Error

The planchet is damaged with scrapes. And there is doubling in the letters 
GO and the letters ST. I am pretty sure this is not machine doubling.
You can tell that the planchet was damage first as the die stamp is over the damaged scrapes.
Very unique coin here.   
Condition: Circulated. Extra Fine, See Photos.
