Excellent, pre-owned condition in original box. Box shows light wear. House measures about 4.5" tall, 4.75" long and 3" wide. Retired piece from 1992. Has an opening at the bottom to insert a light cord if you choose (light not included). Smoke free home. See all pics for details.
