🇺🇸 IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR USA BUYERS

Royal Mail now requires only Postal Delivery Duties Paid (PDDP) for all USA deliveries.

From 24 July 2026, the previous 10% preferential tariff ended. US import duties are now calculated using the HS commodity code of each item and currently average around 26% for my handmade garments.

⚠️ PLEASE WAIT FOR YOUR INVOICE BEFORE MAKING PAYMENT.

Your import duty/customs charge is NOT included in the auction price and will be added to your invoice before payment.

If payment is made before I have sent your invoice, your order will unfortunately be cancelled and refunded, as I am unable to add the required US import duty after payment has been made and can no longer absorb these costs myself.

🌍 INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

Depending on your country or state, you may be charged sales tax, VAT etc.

Where applicable, eBay collects these charges directly from buyers, not me. I include the relevant customs information on all parcels to help prevent duplicate taxation where possible.

I currently do not ship to countries within the EEA (with the exception of Belgium).

Auction listings: Payment to be made within 24 hours of auction ending. (I am more than happy to combine postage on multiple purchases, however this is over several days and payment should never be left until the following week to combine) I am happy to hold your garments to one side if you wish to purchase and combine the following week, however items need to be paid within the 24 hour timescale, I will simply remove any further postage costs from invoices that are due on additional purchases etc.

Buyers need to inform me of this to prevent items being dispatched.

Buy It Now Listings: All BIN listings are set to immediate payment.

POSTAGE DETAILS

UK Buyers: Royal Mail 1st Class Standard Postage or Royal Mail 1st Class Signed Tracked (choose at checkout).

International Buyers: Standard Air Mail (Signed/Tracking can be selected at checkout at an additional cost.

Please note that any customs/fees related to this transaction is the buyers responsibility, all international buyers will have the correct cn22 form attached to parcels with the relevant codes/amount added that has been paid prior to shipment.

Due to the nature of all items created I can only accept returns on items that may have a fault.

Items must be returned within 7 working days, in the original packaging with all tags intact. I strongly advise for you to use a Trackable/Signed postage method to ensure it reaches me safely as I DO NOT take responsibility for any returned items that do not reach me where a trackable postage has not been used. Upon receipt of returned item, I will either fully reimburse you including any postage costs incurred or offer to create a suitable replacement.
