The scene is 'Ladies listening to a mandolin player' and is rather nice to view.
The lady in the middle on the right seems to be sharing something perhaps risque from her phone, but of course that wouldn't be possible at that time.
A beautiful piece of Victorian art, nicely framed and ready to hang.
