A beautiful decent sized English Edwardian solid sterling silver gilt bowl. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1901 with the maker being BB. It has been superbly made being ornately embossed with scrolls and fluting, the inside has been gilded. It is in superb condition, having no dings, splits, holes or repairs, slight wear to the gilding. It measures over 5 inches (13cm) wide by 2.5 inches (6.3cm) tall to the top of the rim and weighs 114 grams. A beautiful piece.
