Offered here is an original HomeBuilders CAD 2.0 software package for Commodore Amiga computers.

HomeBuilders CAD combines architectural drawing tools with construction-cost estimating features. It was designed for projects ranging from room additions to larger residential developments.

Both included floppy disks have been tested and are working.

The manual also states that approximately 1.5 MB of memory is required when operating from a hard-drive system.

Compatibility with later AmigaOS versions, accelerated systems, emulators, or unusual hardware configurations is not guaranteed. Buyers should confirm suitability for their particular system.

Testing

Both the Boot Diskette and External Diskette were tested on compatible Commodore Amiga hardware and are working.

Testing confirms that the vintage magnetic media are readable. As with all original floppy software, making archival backup images after purchase is recommended.

Cosmetic Condition

Manual

The manual shows normal vintage use and storage wear, including:

The two disks retain their original DevWare labels and show normal age-related cosmetic wear. Both have been tested and work.
