Art-Deco wooden Mantle Clock with a nicely shaped stepped case - it was a wind up mechanical clock with strikes but it has now been converted into a quartz battery clock - IT DOES NOT CHIME!  it's wooden case is in good overall solid condition with a nice colour and patina and although it has a battery mechanism fitted it wouldn't be too hard to fit a wind up mechanism if a suitable one could be found?  chrome bezel opening front door with domed glass - silver coloured metal chapter ring with black numbers and black ornate hands including a second hand - this is a quiet sweep movement so no tick tock - nice size it measures 26cm long x 23cm high x 12cm deep - back opening door which gives access to it's mechanism battery and hand changing dial - a very nice clock -  takes 1 AA Battery - because of it's size it has to go via Royal Mails medium parcel tariff plus it requires a strong box and lots of internal protection - it will be delivered by Royal Mail.
