Quality huge English solid sterling silver sugar tongs / nips or more likely ice tongs. They are hallmarked for London 1995 with the makers marks being BLMM. They have been superbly designed being copies of tongs from the late 18th century. They are in perfect condition. I suspect they are ice tongs as they seem too large for sugar measuring 6.75 inches (16.8cmd) long by over 2 inches wide and weigh 60 grams. Stunning examples.
