This dress is in excellent condition. There may be a belt missing. There are belt loops but no belt.

Non-smoking home but do have dogs.  The first picture is the best representation of the color.  The measurements are in the last photograph.  If you don't know your measurements and want to know if a clothing item will fit you, one option is to measure a clothing item that does fit and compare those measurements to the measurements on the listing.
