The screen frequently goes blank on start up but it works perfectly with a connected monitor even when the laptop monitor is blank. When this occurs the external monitor can be controlled with the laptop touch screen. See images. Dell software shows no hardware issues. Running Windows 10 but the Intel 6th generation chip will not run Windows 11. Bought 2016. Best used with external monitor or for parts.
