RARE FIND! Vintage 1950s carved Cowry shell with Eilat beach scene. Made in Israel, this engraved shell has very nice details! 

These shells were originally made by sailors during long journeys to bring back as gifts for loved ones. The art form remained popular into the early 1900s as tourist souvenirs. In a very good vintage condition, please refer to photos.
