Original WW2 British RAF Royal Air Force Ordinary Airmen Simplified Jacket 1942

Genuine Jackets Airmen Simplified as worn by Royal Air Force ordinary airmen ranked aircrew during the Second World War.

The jacket is a good original and clean example with only a minor moth nip to the lower rear section (see pictures). Made from all natural fibers and features: waist belt with brass buckle, brass King George VI crown RAF buttons, Ordinary Airmen RAF eagle patches to each shoulder, an outline of stitching to each sleeve where rank stripes were removed, remains of a partial RAF service number to the interior and a label which reads:
