There is a rectangular orange spiny oyster shell stone in center, and it is framed red coral needles and a bright blue square turquoise cabochon in each corner.    

The rectangular mosaic is 1-3/8" high and 1-3/16" wide, and pendant including large hinged bale top is 2-1/8" high.

Stamped MEXICO 925 on the back, and no other marks.
