Titleist 712 CB Forged Single 9 Iron Steel Shaft 36.5" *Worn Grip*

Titleist 712 CB Forged single 9-iron in used condition.  There are a couple of rust spots on the cavity back that do not affect playability (see pics).  The shaft label is missing (unknown brand and flex).  The grip is worn and is starting to get slick (probably needs replacement).  Will mail in one business day with tracking.
