If you have an issue with a payment for whatever reason, please discuss it with me.

Sales Tax: That is automatically collected through eBay. That is nothing I control. Its the law. Please refer to your state's tax laws. Coins and bullion tax laws do vary by state.

Offers or Buy it now: If I have a "buy it now" or a "make offer" posted on that auction, that is my asking price. If an item does not sell, I normally lower my asking price on the relisting. Shipping Terms: I usually ship USPS Ground advantage unless specified in description above. I will combine on shipping on multiple auction wins. As long as it does not change the cost of the items shipped, I'll charge the one shipping price. I will send an invoice with the adjusted shipping cost. When an auction end on a weekend, I usually ship items on Mondays or the next business day when payment(s) are made. I do have a 3 day handling time as described. I normally do not accept returns.
