Shelf is in great condition! The finish has a few blemishes as shown in the photos as to be expected with age. I have used wood polish to clean up the color of the finish. The mirror backing has a few age spots as well as to be expected with age. Please see photo of the bottom corner of the shelf. The bottom shelf has a split and it does not quite fit together as it should because of the split. This is hardly noticeable and adds to the character of the shelf!
