Lifetime Warranty: We will replace the remote if the supplied remote has a manufacturing fault at any time during the life of the unit. Our Replacement Warranty is available to buyers who leave positive feedback for the transaction. Faulty remote must be returned at the buyer's expense.

The AUTO setting adjusts the room temperature using the “too warm”, “too cool” buttons based on room temperature (no temperature setting). Use the HEAT or COOL setting to set by temperature (recommended). Check the listing and photos before purchase to ensure it meets your particular needs.
Remotes are supplied in protective packaging with a clear plastic film over the display. Please remove the film before use.
