Super Awesome Vintage Find from a local antique shop along with so many other items. Check them all out!  Doll is almost 5" high comes in org box. Note the mark on face, see pic.  Has a bunch of signs but there is no "I protest" but you can write it yourself as there are 4 blanks. See all pics.
