This is a vintage stovetop coffee maker that has a steam wand and a coffee spout - similar to a Bellman, Elebak, Atomic or TCL Milano and would be used in much the same way - make your coffee first then make steam for your milk using the residual water.
The pot and lid are cast alloy the coffee filter and spouts are stainless steel.
