Up for auction is an original 1969 US stereo pressing of the legendary soul/funk 45 RPM single by The Winstons: "Color Him Father" b/w "Amen, Brother" on Metromedia Records (MMS-117).
While the A-side remains a timeless, Grammy-winning R&B masterpiece, the B-side is universally revered across hip-hop, breakbeat, and drum & bass circles. It houses the immortal "Amen Break"—the most sampled drum solo in music history.
