This is a vintage set of 4 aluminum drinking cups from Flamingo by NASCO from Italy.  It comes with 4 cups and 4 handle/holder adapters for hot liquids.  They are all in good condition but there are some chips in the red and purple holders as shown in the photos.  See pictures for details and i have not see another set with the holder/stands to add the handle for the hot liquids.
