Precaution
　

1. Please install the ladder according to the height on our website. If the installation height is not appropriate, please contact us to solve the problem!

2. When pulling down the ladder, do not stretch it forward too much. Just put it on the ground naturally. Excessive stretching will cause uneven stress and tilt. If you are not sure about the stretching position, you can take photos to contact us!

3. If it is used for several months or used frequently, you can check whether the screws are loose and take the check work as routine maintenance of the stairs.

4. If there is a fault during use, please contact us first, and do not repair it by yourself to prevent improper maintenance!

Anti-slip Steps

The ladder is equipped with 8 anti-slip steps made of carbon steel materials, effectively improving the firmness, stability and bearing capacity. The crossed grid lines are designed to prevent the user from slippage and keep the user stable and safe on the ladder.
　

 　
S-shaped Bent Parts

The S-shaped bent parts are reliably connected to each other to form a folding structure, improving the folding flexibility while ensuring the connecting reliability and firmness. The ladder is subjected to electrostatic spraying, making it more attractive and elegant.
　
　
　

Connecting Pieces

The high-quality connecting pieces are used in conjunction with the S-shaped bent parts, ensuring the hinge portions are resistant to wear and fatigue and are not prone to loosening or breakage after long-term use, and the user can pull the ladder easily and effortlessly.
　

 　
Supporting Feet

The rubber supporting feet have higher wear and skid resistance, the ladder can be placed on the ground safely and stably, and the vibration buffering and floor protection can also be achieved. The supporting feet are standard parts and are easy to disassemble and replace.
　
Installation Method
1. Place the two ladder fixing plates on the wall at the appropriate installation height and secure them with expansion screws.

2. Connect the ladder to the ladder fixing plates with the screws, nuts and gaskets.

3. Install the two anti-tilt support arms on the left and right sides of the first and second treads. Secure the sides of the first tread with gaskets and nuts, and the sides of the second tread with gaskets, bushings and nuts.

4. After accomplishing all the above steps, fold the ladder up. Determine the height after folding. Once the height is determined, secure the two hanging parts to the wall and secure them with expansion screws.

Returns &  Exchanges
