A trio of friends and fans of Salman Khan wanted to help support his clothing sales effort, wherein proceeds directly supported Khan’s BEING HUMAN FOUNDATION. Scroll all the way down for more information.
They found shirts could only be purchased in India. But 2 of them were unable to buy for themselves, plus there were fans the world over!! Thus the three invested in quantities of shirts in a range of sizes... and divided the globe into 3rds: One handled India, Asia, Australia, New Zealand. Another handled all of Europe and Africa. The third handled North and South Americas. The one who lived in India did the buying and quantity shipping to the other 2. Their purchases supplied the proceeds for Being Human Foundation. The 3 friends devised a website in hopes of reaching folks who also wanted to support Sallu’s efforts. Shirts were sold exactly the same price as the Indian CottonWorld retail stores, the only extra fans paid was for exact shipping charges.
Orders poured in!!
They sold hundreds of shirts from 2009 until 2012 when Salman’s group opened their own BEING HUMAN Stores, under advisement that BEING HUMAN would be opening their own online sales site.
The three we are listing are the last three of the ORIGINAL Being Human shirts from the global endeavor!! Before the Heart logo appeared.
This plain wording logo was later replaced with the sideways open heart - with or without the Being Human words.

ABOUT SALMAN and his FOUNDATION
——-In 2007, Salman Khan launched his charity BEING HUMAN FOUNDATION. It launched a simple t-shirt line in 2009 with a partner called Cottonworld. Proceeds would fund the foundation. From there, his merchandise grew to include men's and women's fashions, accessories, and jewelry.
——-His Foundation funds the education of 200 children at the Akshara High School in Mumbai and another 300 through Aseema, a Mumbai-based non-profit. The foundation supports the VEER Initiative, a program to train disabled people.
——- BEING HUMAN STORES have a provision to employ at least one person with disabilities. As of December 2015, the program has trained 1909 individuals, 1194 of whom have gained employment. The organization has set up programs to improve basic skills for students and career development centers.
——- Salman’s BEING HUMAN has provided funding to treat children with congenital heart defects by partnering with Fortis Foundation and to treat kids with craniofacial deformities. It has provided drought relief in Maharashtra and blankets for flood victims in Kashmir, conducted free eye camps to provide cataract surgeries, and helped conduct bone-marrow donor registration camps in Mumbai.

---For English speaking audiences who want an introduction to Salman's work, Marigold (with Ali Larter of Paramount’s current Landman fame) is a good rom-com start! Dabangg is perhaps our favorite!!
---Fans know how much Salman loves a variety of watches, cars, motorcycles, bicycles... but only one bracelet he never removes: a solid silver bracelet featuring a turquoise (firoza) gemstone on his right hand. It was gifted to him by his father, Salim Khan, an exact match to one the elder Khan wears. Salman almost never takes it off. He wears it not only as a symbol of a father's love, but believing that the "living stone" absorbs negative energy and serves as a spiritual shield. Cracks or cracks appear whenever he is in harm's way or faces excessive negativity. Once a crack appears, he replaces the stone immediately, having done so seven times into the same silver bracelet!
—He is unmarried, dating many women over the years, but is currently linked to the lovely Romanian singer and television host Iulia Vântur. However, as always, he keeps his relationships private.
