Nissan Specialist 1st (Nis- Spec 1st) is one of the UK's leading Nissan parts specialists.

Over the last decade the company has grown to fill a purpose built dismantling and storage facility in the heart of the Mid Wales, conveniently located in welshpool on the Shropshire Powys Border.

All our parts are dry stored after being carefully removed from our donor cars. All items on our eBay shop or our website are in stock ready for same day despatch.

We are VAT registered and fully licensed with The DVLA and Environment Agency as an Authorised Treatment Facility and ELV centre.

If you require delivery outside the UK mainland please ask for a shipping quote. We can delivery almost any part to any country. We export parts daily and can handle all aspects of freight.

We welcome customers to collect from our dismantling Yard in the Mid wales / Shropshire border.

Our standard eBay postage cut off is 12 noon. If you need the parts urgently please call us and we will do our best to get it out the same day for you.

1. Care is taken in purchase of good quality stock, vehicle parts are checked and tested before dismantling, parts are second hand and are sold as such whilst we wish to provide good value to all customers, we cannot guarantee each part is perfect and this is reflected in the advertised price when compared to brand new items.
2. Our team is trained and given the tools to help the customer purchase the exact part that they require, due to variation in models, designs and year of manufacture; we cannot give an 100% guarantee that parts are correct for the purpose required. All sales are made on the strict understanding that the customer is responsible for the correct information provided. Exchange or refunds are offered, but carriage charges are excluded.
3. Once the part is received by the customer, Nis-spec 1st doesn't hold any responsibility for the installation and any damage, fault caused during installation or when fitted to an unmaintained vehicle. Loss of use of a motor vehicle is the responsibility of the customer during the return or exchange of a part.
4. All engines have been inspected and covered under the Nis-Spec 1st Warranty against cracked cylinder blocks /heads, Bad cams or Crankshafts, Excessive smoking. Unless stated within the part description the part will be within good running order.
5. Cylinder head castings are guaranteed against cracks ONLY .
6. Any engines purchased through Nis-Spec 1st ltd must have new oil, filter and cam belt supplied and installed at the expense and instruction of the customer in line with the Manufacturers recommendations of use. Any fault to an engine which has not received the above service will not be covered under the nis-spec 1st Ltd warranty policy.
7. Nis-spec 1st Ltd engine warranty does not cover accessories such as cam belt, water pump, fuel pump, carburettor, distributor, computers, clutch, hoses and cables. Accessories purchased through Nis-spec 1st Ltd may have their own warranty; we refer you to the purchase order for warranty information.
8. If a new engine is installed without new seals and new oil; this will void any warranty provided by Nis-spec 1st ltd. Nis-Spec 1st ltd warranty does not cover rear main engine seals.
9. All back axles and gearboxes are inspected and guaranteed to work to their manufactured requirement, gears are guaranteed to be in good condition. Bearings are guaranteed not to be noisy at time of purchase. There is no guarantee for labour to install or remove the part.
10. In line with manufacturers guidelines proper oil levels and cooling levels must be maintained at all times for warranty to be valid.
11. Nis-spec 1st have security seals and protective tabs to prevent liability of mis-use and poor installation. If these security seals have been broken or the protective tabs melted; warranty is immediately void in line with our warranty policy.
12. Specialist orders or bespoke orders are not covered under the refunds and returns policy of Nis-spec 1st Ltd.
13. All installations must be carried out by a certified, reputable fitter / workshop. Improper installation will void parts warranty.
14. All warranty claims must be presented to Nis-spec 1st ltd within the agreed warranty period from the date of purchase. Any warranty claim on or after the warranty expiration date will be denied and classified as out of warranty.
15. Labour and carriage costs are not covered within the refund or warranty policy only the receipt purchase price. Nis-spec 1st ltd holds the right to provide a repair/ replacement in lieu of refund for suspected faulty parts.
16. All parts are covered in warranty for fair use only and do not cover the use within competitive sports, Off-roading, Rallying, drifting etc. Parts modified for enhanced performance or appearance beyond reasonable installation are also voided within the warranty policy.
17. Nis-spec 1st ltd does not assume responsibility for towing charges, lay-up time, telephone charges, losses due to down time. Costs and lodging, cost of vehicle use, inconvenience and vehicle rental/ hire.
18. These terms and conditions of sale are not intended to restrict or exclude any legal rights bestowed or implied by law or a consumer's statutory rights under the “sale of goods act 1977” or any amendments thereof.
