This piece is an Orb Round Hobnail Ashtray in Ruby Red colour.
Yes, it is an ashtray as manufactured, but as a on-smoker, I see this piece as a unique decorative glass piece from Fenton.
The shape itself is striking.
With a crisp ruby red colour, the glass glows persimmon orange. Please see last 4 photos.
Very solid and heavy for its size.
It has the Fenton glassblower sticker.
In MINT vintage condition, no missing hobnail, no chips, no cracks and no repairs.
