The Online Cycle Shop was established in 2012 and has evolved since in to a specialist online shop for all your cycling needs. We work differently from the normal retailers, our stock in most cases is imported from the EU and is OEM, overstock or display/demo models. This means that everything is brand new (unless stated otherwise) but comes without the original box, manuals etc. We purchase this stock from exclusive accounts we hold with some of the biggest retails in the industry and by buying regular bulk orders we negotiate the lowest possible prices meaning we aim to sell at almost trade or even below in some cases. Stock is limited, we could receive a batch of 10 items or 100+ but once its sold that is generally the last time we will get it. Although our products are around trade price we sell to all customers business or private, we can ship internationally and if you are a EU buyer you can buy most products without VAT (by entering you ID at checkout, saving you 20% VAT).

Approximately half of our stock goes to other businesses and the remainder is sold via our site and eBay shop which has over 600 reviews, all of which are 100% positive. We pride ourselves on offering the best customer service, prices and after sales service and our reviews definitely reflect this. We hold as much stock as possible in the UK, all of which is boxed and ready to be sent out from a large fulfilment centre. We send orders daily, always on a tracked service and in most cases you will receive it within 2 working days.

If buying via eBay all orders are through the eBay managed payments and fully secure.

Shipping

We keep as much stock in the UK as possible, in most cases we can ship within 1 business day and we send all items on a quick tracked delivery service meaning you will receive your order in around 2-3 working days. Some items will be ordered in from the supplier and this will be mentioned on the advert, delivery for them is approx 5-7 working days but you will be kept up to date. International shipping is available, please message for a quote and if the product is eligible you can buy excluding VAT. Small items such as motors, groupsets and similar cost around £20 to send to the EU on an express tracked service.

Returns

You have 28 days to return a product if you are not happy with it, the sender is to cover postage costs and you will receive a full refund (minus the delivery fee) within 5 working days of us receiving the product.
