Different manufacturers produce 10ml vials with different outside diameters.
Our holders are designed for 22mm or 24mm diameter vials depending on the model.
If your vials are outside these dimensions they may not fit.
As every box is made to order, returns cannot be accepted due to ordering the incorrect size.
