📦 Postage & Delivery Details

• All parcels are fully tracked.
• Signature upon delivery is not required unless specifically requested by the buyer, or for Australian orders valued over $500.
• OZ Online Shop is not liable for the loss of parcels once they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
• We dispatch all orders within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment (applies to both standard and express post). Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

• We use Australia Post for all domestic deliveries.
• If no one is home, the parcel will be left in a safe location (e.g., front door or mailbox) where possible.
• If no safe location is available, the parcel will be held at your local post office for collection. You must retrieve it within 7 business days, or it will be returned to us.
• Return Fees: A $15.00 fee applies for returned parcels (standard post), or $26.00 for express post. This fee will be deducted from any refund.
• Incorrect Addresses: Buyers are responsible for providing a valid, complete delivery address. We are not liable for misdeliveries due to incorrect addresses. If a parcel is returned due to an invalid address, the same return fees ($15.00 standard / $26.00 express) apply. Re delivery fees will also apply if a re delivery is requested.
• Dangerous Goods: Flammable or dangerous goods cannot be sent via Express Post. Any express orders containing dangerous goods will be cancelled and fully refunded.

• Customs & Duties: Buyers are solely responsible for checking with their local customs department regarding any applicable duties, taxes, or import charges. The buyer is the "Importer of Record" and must pay these fees. OZ Online Shop holds no responsibility if a parcel is rejected, delayed, or seized by customs.
• Address Format: All international shipping addresses must be written in English. Our postal partners cannot service addresses in other languages.
• International Returns: Any parcels returned to us will incur a $25.00 return fee, which will be deducted from a partial refund. We will not reship a returned parcel without the buyer covering the new delivery fees.
• Liquid Products: Please note that products containing liquids may experience slight leakage due to air pressure changes during international airmail transit. This is occasionally unavoidable and is not considered a claimable damage.

1. Product Information: All pictures, barcodes, and product information provided at the time of quotation are correct as of the date they were supplied. OZ Online Shop is not liable for variations resulting from manufacturer changes. Products are sourced directly from Australian suppliers.
2. Color Variations: Actual product colors may vary slightly, as different monitors, tablets, and phones display colors differently, and individual color perception varies.
3. Order Cancellations: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be recalled or cancelled. No refunds will be issued for dispatched orders. Please ensure all order and delivery details are correct prior to checkout.
4. Returns & Exchanges: All items sold are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Unauthorized returns or "change of mind" requests will not receive a refund. We welcome any queries about our listings before you place an order.
5. Import Taxes: You agree that you are liable to pay any destination-country taxes or customs fees. OZ Online Shop and its affiliates are not liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense incurred as a result of your obligation to pay these taxes.
6. Temperature-Sensitive Goods: All non-refrigerated products are sent as-is. Once dispatched, we have no control over the conditions in which delivery companies handle the products, and we cannot guarantee they will be kept at ideal temperatures during transit.
7. Customs Detention: We hold no liability for orders detained by any country’s customs authority, nor for any resulting delivery delays.
8. Health & Safety: We are not liable for any health complications arising from the use of our products. You must consult a healthcare professional to ensure a product is suitable for your use and follow all provided instructions. Failure to do so is at your own risk.
