Vintage TMNT Cheapskate with KO/Bootleg Splinter Argentina produced 1988.
Condition:New/Sealed Slight creasing on the side of the box and a tiny tear in the outer film wrap, please see pictures for further detail.
When the Cheapskate was originally released, it did not include an action figure until a marketing genius in Argentina came up with the idea to repackage them with a bootleg Splinter figure for the South American market.
A nice addition to any TMNT collection.
