This a user grade 1990’s build Summicron 50mm V4 lens, arguably the greatest 50mm ever produced - if you’re looking for that classic Leica look / rendering this is your lens.
This is the rare, later made in Germany version, rather than the more common made in Canada version.
The lens has some coating marks / cleaning marks on the front element of the lens, the back is very clean. These marks don’t seem to have any affect on image quality, I’ve not noticed any issues when using this lens at all.
