Beautiful little nurses pocket watch in solid silver 0,935

Watch is working and keeps ok time, however as with all these vintage watches they will need service for accurate time keeping.

Watch has what seems like enamel or paint red cross on back.

As per pic dial has some small chips.

I believe this watch may have had a second hand at some time in its life as I have seen similar on Google with second hands.
