Definitely piece of nostalgia! Turbo MIRV appears to have been some sort of utility "overlay" that could be used at the same time other programs were running on a Commodore64.

This piece came from the estate of a Commodore64 enthusiast (he was a retired computer technician who had setup an unofficial Commodore museum in his home), so while I can't verify the diskette works, I'm extremely confident that it does.

However, I don't think the software itself is the target here; if you used this in your day and you're looking for that little bit of a fun memory, this is for you.

I honestly have no idea of value, so I'll start an auction and see where it goes!
