Waterproof Test Before First Use

Always perform a waterproof test before placing your phone or valuables inside the pouch.

Testing Instructions

Place a dry tissue inside the pouch.
Close and lock the pouch securely.
Submerge the pouch completely in water for 10–30 minutes.
Remove the pouch and thoroughly dry the outside before opening.
Check whether the tissue remains completely dry.

If the tissue is dry, the pouch is ready for normal use.
If any moisture is present, discontinue use immediately and contact customer support.

Usage & Safety Instructions

For the best level of protection:

Always ensure both locking clips are fully closed before use.
Perform a waterproof test before first use and periodically thereafter.
Inspect the pouch for signs of wear, damage, or debris before each use.
Do not place sharp or pointed objects inside the pouch.
After water activities, dry the outside before opening to prevent water droplets entering the pouch.
Avoid exposing the pouch to temperatures above 40°C.
Do not use the pouch for deep diving or prolonged underwater immersion.
Ensure the neck lanyard is securely attached before use.
Replace the pouch if it becomes damaged or shows signs of wear.

Touchscreen Performance

Touchscreen responsiveness may be reduced while the pouch is underwater due to water pressure.

For the best experience:

Use your phone's physical buttons where supported.
Start recording video before entering the water.
Underwater fingerprint recognition and Face ID may not function.

Product Care

Rinse with fresh water after exposure to saltwater or chlorinated water.
Allow the pouch to dry completely before storing.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Keep away from sharp objects and excessive heat.
