Theodor Fahrner Sterling Silver 925 Amethyst & Marcasite Brooch

Up for auction is this vintage Theodor Fahrner brooch in the shape of a leaf.  It features a round purple colored stone (likely an amethyst) set on the leaf and numerous small marcasites dotting the surface and detailing the edges.

The amethyst diameter is approximately  1.1 cm.  The brooch is approximately. 5.3 x 3.5 cm.

The roll-over safety clasp is in perfect working order.

There is a small opening that would allow you to slip a thin chain through, and it can be worn as a pendant. (See last picture)

The total weight is approximately 13.10 grams.
