Today I am offering this fabulous handmade high-quality heavyweight pottery coffee mug from Mexico.
This one has images of a different abstract face on both sides.
The artsy images are of females, rather Picasso-esque in style.
The color palette is a base of rustic creamy off white with some irregular dark smudges.
The incised images are a blend of purples, blues, dark mauve, and brown.
The handle and interior are dark espresso brown.
The interior also has a slight hint of an iridescent oil slick appearance when held at certain angles.

The capacity is around 14 ounces.
It is a very heavyweight substantial piece of pottery.
It is incised on the dark underside simply: Design by Mara Mex and a squiggly 3.
It's in excellent pre-owned condition with no chips, cracks, crazing, utensil marks or scratches. The interior and underside are super clean.
It has some production blemishes and irregularities consistent with a handcrafted piece of pottery.
But nothing distracting or unsightly.
