Grover / Trophy 3826 hi hat clutch.
New Old Stock still in package it came in.
From what I can tell with research this #3826 marked Grover, and the #3825 I have marked Trophy, are both designed and made in the USA by the same parent company. I likely got them both from MusicCorp or KMC (some vendor) years back.
