Overall in fair-good condition.  

Cover has heavy wear, tape, waviness from previous water damage, and dirt from storage and use. 

The inside pages are in good condition overall. Some of the first number of pages have some stains from previous water damage and folded over corners. Has dirt and stains on page edges.

A bit rough on the outside but decent on the inside.
