Postcard:  Cardinal - West Virginia State Bird.  This postcard is from a series of paintings by artist Ken Haag, depicting U.S. State birds - it was copyrighted in 1968 by Capital Engravings.  This scalloped-edge card is in unposted condition with some edge, corner and surface wear - there are some corner markings/impressions from having been stored in an album.
